1992 Happy Holiday Barbie was the 5th holiday Barbie.She is wearing a glamorous silver lame gown with a full skirt and dropped waist. The skirt has an overskirt consisting of many layers of sparkling tulle. Strands of silver beads drop from the silver lame bodice. She has silver earrings and a silver jewel hair ornament holds back her long blonde hair.

The 1990 Happy Holiday Barbie was the 3rd in the Happy Holiday Series and therefore was the third Holiday Barbie.She is wearing a Fuchsia gown has a dropped waist with a huge layered skirt that has glittery silvery accents. Her huge poufed sleeves match the skirt. She has a hair ornament that matched the larger ornament in her box. This doll was also available in an African American version - which I think is the first African American Holiday Barbie

1991 Happy Holiday Barbie was the 4th in the series and was looking quite festive in her green velvet gown!The long sleeve dress has a full skirt and puffed long sleeves. The bodice and sleeves are adorned with red white and green sequin and beads. She has a large matching bow in her long, big, blonde hair.

1989 Happy Holiday Barbie was the second ever Holiday Barbie. I can only imagine the pressure the designers must have felt doing this doll because of the success of the first one. This Barbie still has the smiling "Superstar" face and tons of blonde hair. She is in a very glamorous all white gown with a huge white tulle full skirt. The dress is trimmed in white fur and she has a white fur stole. She has a red snowflake hair decoration that matches her box - which is red with white snowflakes.

The original Christmas Barbies are still the most popular and the early dolls in this series are very hard-to-find. Released from 1988 through 1998 and available in Blonde/Caucasian with a few Brunettes and also in African American. This series was replaced by the Millennium Princess and Celebration Barbie series.
